This policy explains what we collect when you order from Ayazza, why we collect it, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, delivery address, and your order history. If you install the app, we also store a device token so we can send you order updates.
Why we collect it
To prepare and deliver your order, to contact you about it, and — only if you agreed — to send you occasional offers.
Who we share it with
The delivery company receives your phone number and address, because they need them to deliver. WhatsApp receives your phone number in order to send your login code. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. Order records are kept longer because accounting and tax rules require it.
Your choices
You can delete your account from inside the app, or by writing to us. Deleting the account removes your profile, addresses and device tokens. Order records that we are required to keep for accounting are retained, without marketing use.
