Terms of service
These terms apply to orders placed through the Ayazza app or website.
Placing an order
An order is a request. It becomes final when we accept it in our kitchen system, and we will tell you if we cannot.
Delivery cost
Delivery is priced by area and depends on your exact address. We confirm the cost with you before we start preparing. If you do not accept it, the order is cancelled and you are charged nothing.
Cancellation
You may cancel free of charge until the kitchen accepts the order. Once we have started preparing, we may decline a cancellation because the food is already made.
Payment
Cash on delivery to the driver, or cash at the counter for pickup. The delivery fee is paid to the driver and is separate from the price of the food.
Prices
All prices are in Jordanian dinars and include any applicable tax. Delivery is charged separately.
